111x Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 111x platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 111x. 3. Account Registration and Security

Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice and any balance held will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111x account password. Do not share your password or account access with any other person. 111x will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. 111x is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification

111x may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete requested verification within 14 days may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

111x accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

4.2 Deposit Processing

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on 111x is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

111x targets the following withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — within 8 minutes of request approval; SadaPay and NayaPay — within 15 minutes; bank IBFT — up to 2 hours depending on banking hours; Visa/Mastercard — up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5.5 Refused Withdrawals

7.1 Placing Bets

Bets on 111x are accepted and confirmed only when the player receives a bet confirmation reference number. A bet shown in your betslip but not yet confirmed is not a valid wager. 111x is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or insufficient balance.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

111x reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. This right is used sparingly and is typically applied in cases of suspected arbitrage, unusual betting patterns, or technical errors in the odds displayed.

7.3 Odds and Palpable Errors

Where odds have been published due to a manifest error (referred to as a "palpable error"), 111x reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds regardless of whether they have been settled. A palpable error is defined as an obvious pricing mistake that no reasonable person would have believed to be intentional — for example, a team priced at 100.00 to win when their actual market price is 1.10.

7.4 Postponed and Abandoned Events

For sports betting, if a scheduled event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. For abandoned matches, settlement rules vary by sport and competition and are detailed in the individual sport rules available within the 111x betting section. In-play bets on abandoned matches are generally settled on the result at the time of abandonment if the minimum playing time for that sport has been completed.

7.5 Results and Settlement

111x settles bets based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In the event of a dispute between official results and data feed results, the official governing body result takes precedence. Settlement corrections will be made to accounts as soon as the discrepancy is identified.

8. Casino and Card Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and card games available on 111x — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Ludo, and Slots — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game environment. By entering any game table or starting any game session, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

8.1 Live Casino

Live casino games on 111x use real physical cards and equipment operated by trained human dealers in a live studio environment. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each deal, spin, or draw — not by software algorithms. 111x does not influence game outcomes in any way.

8.2 Disconnection During Play

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111x and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in poker, Teen Patti, or any other multiplayer game.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 111x as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification procedures.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of a person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been restricted.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on 111x.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or suspected fraud, 111x reserves the right to void all open bets and retain all balances pending investigation. Where a balance is retained, the player will be notified by email with a reason and a process for appeal where applicable.

Any genuine balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to pending wagering requirements being satisfied.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111x platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of 111x or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 111x platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 111x content without prior written permission from 111x.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111x's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111x shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking partners.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature.

111x makes no representation that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

111x may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 111x will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for reasons of security.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you may close your account before the revised Terms take effect and receive a refund of your verified balance. Continued use of 111x after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 111x shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.
